Patent Searching in Chemical databases
Novamechanics Ltd has developed 3 Enalos Suite functions for patent searching in several Chemical databases:
- PubChem Patents
PubChem Patents function is a robust patent solution available in Enalos Suite, designed to radically reduce time spent acquiring and searching for patents in PubChem database. This function gives the user straight access to the PubChem database in order to obtain information about the patent coverage information for thousands of substances with one request.
The PubChem Patents function exports information from PubChem about the Patent’s IDs in an .xlsx file.
- IBM patents
For patent seaching in chemical databases, Novamechanics Ltd has developed IBM patents Enalos Suite function. This function gives the user access to IBM patents database through UniChem, which contains 31 chemical databases (e.g ChEMBL, PubChem, DrugBank, KEGG, ZINC, BindinDB, eMolecules, IBM patents, SureChEMBL etc).
IBM patents function outputs the InChiKeys of the substances that were found in IBM patents database and the InChiKeys that were not found in this database. The results are given in two .xls files.
- SureChEMBL patents
For additional patent seaching in chemical databases, Novamechanics Ltd has developed SureChEMBL patents Enalos Suite function. This function gives the user access to SureChEMBL database through UniChem.
SureChEMBL patents function outputs the InChiKeys of the compounds that were found in SureChEMBL database and the InChiKeys that were not found in this database. The results are given in two .xls files.
